Jeff Snow, Managing Director

Jeff joined Claraview in early 2008 after the acquisition by Teradata. He led the acquisition effort and is well positioned to oversee the integration into Teradata Operations.  Jeff is responsible for guiding Claraview’s go-to-market strategy and oversees daily operations of the business.  He brings over 20 years of executive IT experience including Professional Services Management, Financial Management, Sales, and Project Management.

In his previous position, Jeff was the Managing Partner for Teradata Professional Services where he was responsible for professional services growth strategy through targeted acquisitions of data warehousing service companies. Prior to that, Jeff held a variety of managerial positions with NCR Corporation including Vice President of Professional Services - Americas and Director of Operations for NCR’s Global RFID Group.

Jeff co-founded nFusion Technologies Inc. in 1997, a software products company that specialized in providing legacy systems integration to internet based customer interactions solutions.

Jeff holds a MS in International Business Studies from University of South Carolina and a BS in Decision Sciences from Indiana University.

Eric Driscoll, Partner

Eric heads the Healthcare and Government Practices of Claraview. He is responsible for crafting and executing Claraview’s strategic plans in the Healthcare and Government sectors including Financial, Insurance, Energy, Federal and State agencies, and other accounts. Eric brings over 21 years of consulting and executive leadership experience to Claraview. He has held worldwide responsibility for the professional services organizations at two of the leading business intelligence software firms, Crystal Decisions (now Business Objects) and MicroStrategy. At Crystal Decisions, Eric led a global consulting and training organization that contributed to the company achieving best-in-sector revenue growth and profitability in 2002 and 2003. At MicroStrategy from 1997 through 2001, he held a variety of executive roles, including Vice President of Worldwide Services, where he was responsible for consulting, education services and technical support operations worldwide. Eric also worked at both Sybase and Andersen Consulting.

In addition to managing Claraview's services operations, Eric is a member of the Board of Advisors to Digital Sandbox, an Enterprise Risk Management software company based in Reston, VA.

Eric received a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University.

Dan Ross, Partner

Dan joined the firm in early 2003, and leads Claraview's Retail/Hospitality, Communications/Media and Manufacturing Practices. He brings over 15 years of business intelligence and senior management experience to the company. Prior to joining Claraview, he worked at MicroStrategy for eight years, holding positions that included Vice President of Services and District Consulting Manager. After leaving MicroStrategy, Dan held the position of Senior Director, Professional Services for a division of Veridian Systems (now General Dynamics) as a member of the firm's management team.  

Dan is the host of the Retail Channel of the Business Intelligence Network, where he authors columns on retail data warehousing. He has also been published in TDWI's BI Journal and Retail Merchandiser. 

Dan graduated from the University of Michigan, where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Glenn Facey, Vice President of Business Development and Marketing

Glenn is responsible for leading sales, business development, and strategic alliances that result in Claraview building partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and public sector organizations.  He also oversees all of Claraview's market development, corporate communications, and product development activities.

He has over 19 years experience in managing and growing successful business relationships in a variety of roles that include consultant, contract manager, account executive, and director.  Prior to joining Claraview, Glenn was a Director at America Online, where he set the strategic direction and managed three regional account services teams within AOL Media Networks.  Before AOL, Glenn held positions as Senior Account Manager and Business Development Manager at Strategy.com, a subsidiary of MicroStrategy. There he was responsible for strategic account development as well as managing some of Strategy.com’s largest accounts. Glenn’s previous experience was as a Contracts Manager for PRC (now Northrop Grumman), where he provided leadership, direction, and negotiation expertise for large complex government IT programs. Prior to becoming a Contracts Manager, he was a Consultant and Task Leader at PRC supporting the Navy’s AEGIS Program Office, which is responsible for all aspects of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Configuration Management for new construction ships’ combat and weapon systems.

Glenn is a member of the Computer Information Systems & Management Science Executive Advisory Board at James Madison University's College of Business.  He has a BBA from James Madison University and a Procurement and Contract Management Certification from the University of Virginia.
