Nithi Vivatrat, Managing Partner

In his role as Managing Partner of Claraview, Nithi is responsible for crafting and executing strategic planning, directing the recruiting and retention of human resources, improving operational effectiveness, and leading strategic initiatives. Prior to co-founding Claraview, Nithi was the Director of Product Management at Strategy.com, where he was responsible for product strategy, product positioning, corporate messaging, competitive intelligence, and account management. Nithi helped launch Strategy.com as an operating unit of MicroStrategy Incorporated and then served in a managerial role in almost every aspect of the company, from product development to business development. As the Assistant to the President, Nithi worked on high-level corporate strategy and Strategy.com's first round of financing in October 2000.

Nithi graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he earned a BS in Economics.

Eric Driscoll, Partner

Eric heads the Commercial and Government Practices of Claraview. He is responsible for crafting and executing Claraview’s strategic plans in the Commercial and Government sectors, including Financial, Healthcare, Energy, Federal and State agencies, and other accounts. Eric brings over 19 years of consulting and executive leadership experience to Claraview. He has held worldwide responsibility for the professional services organizations at two of the leading business intelligence software firms, Crystal Decisions (now Business Objects) and MicroStrategy. At Crystal Decisions, Eric led a global consulting and training organization that contributed to the company achieving best-in-sector revenue growth and profitability in 2002 and 2003. At MicroStrategy from 1997 through 2001, he held a variety of executive roles, including Vice President of Worldwide Services, where he was responsible for consulting, education services and technical support operations worldwide. Eric also worked at both Sybase and Andersen Consulting.

In addition to managing Claraview's services operations, Eric is a member of the Board of Advisors to Digital Sandbox, an Enterprise Risk Management software company based in Reston, VA.

Eric received a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University.

Dan Ross, Partner

Dan joined Claraview in early 2003. He is responsible for the growth and management of the Retail Practice.

Dan brings over 12 years of business intelligence expertise and senior management experience. Prior to joining Claraview, he worked at MicroStrategy for eight years, holding positions that included District Consulting Manager for the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic territories, Vice President of Services and Retail Solutions Expert. After leaving MicroStrategy, Dan headed professional services for an information security company as a member of the firm's executive committee and played a major role in the successful sale of the firm.

Dan is the host of the Retail Channel of the Business Intelligence Network, where he authors monthly columns on retail data warehousing. He has published in TDWI's BI Journal and regularly contributes to Claraview's body of white papers. 

Dan graduated from the University of Michigan, where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Kathe Yamagata, Vice President, Human Capital

Kathe is responsible for establishing programs to grow and maintain Claraview’s staff. She brings over ten years of comprehensive experience in both tactical and strategic Human Resources functions. Her background as a strong Human Resources generalist and leader most recently includes five years at Apptix, Inc. (a publicly traded global provider of hosted messaging solutions) as the Director of Human Resources, Facilities and Administration and over five years as a headhunter and trainer in multiple recruiting agencies. Kathe’s focus areas have included employee relations, recruitment and retention, training and development, employment law and compliance, conflict resolution and management coaching.

Glenn Facey, Director of Business Development, Government Solutions

Glenn is responsible for leading sales, business development, marketing and strategic alliances within the public sector. He has over 16 years experience in managing and growing successful business relationships with Fortune 500 companies and State & Federal Government.

Before joining Claraview, Glenn was a Director at America Online, where he set the strategic direction and managed three regional account services teams within AOL Media Networks. Prior to AOL, Glenn held positions as Senior Account Manager and Business Development Manager at Strategy.com, a subsidiary of MicroStrategy. There he was responsible for strategic account development as well as managing some of Strategy.com’s largest accounts. Glenn’s previous experience was as a Contracts Manager for PRC (now Northrop Grumman), where he provided leadership, direction, and negotiation expertise for large complex government IT programs. Prior to becoming a Contracts Manager, he was a Consultant and Task Leader at PRC supporting the Navy’s AEGIS Program Office, which is responsible for all aspects of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and Configuration Management for new construction ships’ combat and weapon systems.

In addition to leading Claraview's government business development activities, Glenn is a member of the Computer Information Systems and Management Science Executive Advisory Board at James Madison University's College of Business.

Glenn has a BBA from James Madison University and a Procurement and Contract Management Certification from the University of Virginia.

Michael J. Santille, Corporate Controller

In his role as Corporate Controller, Michael oversees the financial, accounting and contract administration of Claraview.

With more than 25 years experience, Mike has served as CFO for more than 12 years in Cable TV & Radio and consumer finance. As CFO he oversaw the acquisition, integration and development of the cable systems in Loudon County, Town of Leesburg, Western Loudon County, City of Manassas, Town of Manassas Park, Dale City and Prince William County. He served as CFO for Flagship Financial, a 500 million auto loan originator for 4 years before the company was sold to Wells Fargo in 2000. His experience includes 5 years in Oil & Gas industry (Houston) plus 8 years in the telecommunications industry, most recently with Lockheed and Netversant Solutions.

 A CPA, Mike earned his BA & MA From Arizona State University, and his MBA from Thunderbird (American Graduate School Intl Mgmt). He is also a member of Phi Beta Kappa (1977), Arizona Chapter.
