Kim joined the leadership team in 2009, and oversees Claraview’s Human Resources function. She has over 15 years of experience helping organizations maximize their workforce efficiency and effectiveness.

Prior to joining Claraview, Kim spent several years at Motorola Corporation. As a Human Resources Manager, she was responsible for planning and executing strategic HR areas including staffing, training, organizational development, change management, talent acquisition, reduction in force, government compliance, employee relations, compensation and benefits. Prior to Motorola, Kim was an independent consultant for W.W. Grainger Corporation, a Fortune 500 distribution and retail company, where she provided full life cycle HR solutions and strategic business consulting to the senior leadership team. Prior to W.W. Grainger Corporation, Kim held various HR management positions in companies such as The Home Depot, PeopleSoft (Now Oracle) and United Airlines.

Kim graduated from Illinois State University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications with a minor in Sociology, focusing on Human Resources and Interpersonal Communication. She is also an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management.
